are interested in providing funding as principles,
however should either you or our board of directors
consider it appropriate. We have strong long-standing
relationships with other lenders world-wide, whom may be
more appropriate financiers to your project.
You will see later in this page, details of a schedule
of events outlining the stages that your application
will follow.
Should you be interested in making use of our
services, we suggest that in the first instance you send
to us (FAX: (852) 2906 8255)
an Executive Summary of your Project,
(MAXIMUM 5 PAGES). We
will try to study this and reply to you with our
comments within 5 days. Should
the project be of interest to us, we would at this stage
require a full Business Plan.

does not charge up-front fee’s to evaluate projects. However
if the projects is taken to our stage 2, then we ask for
a small commitment fee, and on draw down of funds,
dependant on the method of funding used. This
Company’s arrangement fees will amount to no more that
1.5% of the total facility offered.
Stage
1
1. You should send to us, by fax, an executive summary
of your project.
2. We will immediately review the material and where
appropriate, discuss it with our bankers.
3. A decision in principle, will then be provided,
usually within 5 days of your enquiry.

Stage
2
If
the funding application is to proceed, we will confirm
to you that we are in principle, interested in the
project. At this point, we would request a full Business
Plan/ Feasibility Study. This
should be delivered to us by mail or courier. please
do not fax copies.
Our standard terms of engagement should also be signed
at this point and delivered to us along with the
Business Plan.

a group of Companies ready to assist you in the
preparation of your Company’s Business Plan. For
further details of this service, please contact our

list of documentation that should be included or
provided with you Business Plan, is available on
request.
You will appreciate that processing an application of
this nature requires considerable work and attention.
However, we experience many problems with superfluous
applications from ‘less serious clients’. We
have therefore introduced a small fee, payable upon
submission of your Business Plan as follows:

more time we devote to your application, the more likely
the chances of your Project to get financing within a
reasonable period of time.

upon receipt of all of the above information, British
Dubai Inc. will process your Application and
endeavor to respond with an offer as quickly as
practical.
The time taken to process your Application varies
according to its nature and location. We will, upon
request, endeavor to provide you with an indication of
this time, once we have studies full details, of your
Project.
When sending your Executive Summary, please bear in mind
that fax machines are an important means of business
communication. for your convenience, we have one
dedicated lines for reception and transmission of your
correspondence (852-2906 8255). however, please do not
send documents of 5 pages or more.
